Our support of you in your new role as trustee begins with knowledge, drawing from decades of experience in all aspects of trusts and estates.  Important to our mission of providing a collective resource of knowledge to help guide private trustees, our free Associate Membership provides access to our informative PTC Announcements and PTC Articles with included guides and outlines.

At the core of our mission is providing tools and support you need to succeed as trustee, and for all aspects of your administration of the trust.  Our Individual and Professional Memberships ($149/yr and $299/yr, respectively) provide access to PTC Consulting, PTC Trustee Training, PTC Trust Support to include initial and annual due diligence trust reviews, trust accounting and reporting, and back-office services, PTC Bookkeeping for trusts, estates and businesses, and other services.  Also included is a growing library of PTC Forms to use in your trust administration and PTC Research to help guide you, with related PTC Announcements and Articles and included guides and outlines.

Completing our mission of providing a complete risk-management system for trustees, our Individual and Professional Members gain access to trustee liability insurance underwritten by Chubb, the largest liability insurer in the world, and serviced by Brown & Brown.  Did you know that the Uniform Trust Code established the specific power of a trustee to purchase this insurance to protect the trustee and beneficiaries?  This is an important part of the support and knowledge you receive with a Membership in The Private Trust Consortium!
